Bring your kid’s bike to Brookside Park for free repairs, just in time for summer! We’ll be fixing kids’ bikes next to the Pogue’s Run Trail. Limit one bike per child. There will also be a limited number of free helmets available while supplies last!
Rain Plan: For the Friends of Brookside and Spades Park rain plan, we will move out in front of the Brookside Community Center (the Musical Trails event is moving inside if it rains). We will have pop up tents to still be able to do our bike repair and helmet give away event as long as it is not a bad storm. If there is lightning or high winds, we will probably need to cancel or postpone as I don’t think there is enough room for us inside the community center.
